Swimming pool, 7 km (1h 45′)

1000 fs @15′ +

6 × 300 fs @4’15″/4’30″/4’45” +

10 × 200 fs @2’40″/2’50″/3’/3’10″/3’20” +

2 × 100 fs @1’20″/1’40”

2 × (400 + 300 + 200 + 100) @1’20” (paddles)

Notes: this morning it was not hard, but I was not really smooth and I couldn’t easily hold a steady pace (also because of the rest time ladder). I swam a bit better the last 2k with paddles, where I had a more relaxed stroke.
