800 fs 
8 × 50 fs @50″
8 × 25 fs @30″ (slow/build up/explosion/fast)
1000 fs time trial (in 12’14”)
300 easy kick (fins)
20 × 50 @1′ (1st to 4th progression, 5th easy)
800 fs pull
3 × 500 fs @6’30” (paddles)
100 easy

Notes: I didn’t expected a 1000 time trial this morning, but I didn’t feel too bad and after all I was in the mood for it. I swam in 12’14”, which is 2″ short of the fastest 1000 I swam some week ago. It’s not an improvement, but it is not too distant either.
