Swimming pool, 3.5 km (55′)

600 fs
200 (50 back/50 fs)
200 fs (25 fast/25 slow)
2 × (400 + 300 + 200 + 100) @1’20” cycle (1st set swim, 2nd set paddles)
400 fs (finger paddles)
100 easy

Notes: more than training it was just a splash. This morning the pool shut down for a gas leak and I couldn’t swim. I had to do my weight training session in the morning and go back in the evening to the pool, but I had much less time available so…3.5 km is always better than 0 km.
