Swimming pool, 7 km (1h 50′)

5 × 400 fs @6’/5’50″/6’10″/5’40″/6’20” +
5 × 200 fs @3’/2’55″/3’05″/2’50″/3’10” +
10 × 100 fs @1’25″/1’35”
20 × 50 fs @45″
4 × 500 fs (1st pull, 2nd pull+ paddles, 3rd paddles, 4th finger paddles)

Notes: easy workout today. It was almost relaxing and it felt quick. The only negative note is that I still feel a bit of pain in the neck and I cannot turn well my head when I breath in the left.
