Swimming pool, 6 km (1h 45′)

1500 fs (every 3rd 100 swimming 50 dps/50 one arm)
4 × 50 fs kick (10″ rest)
200 easy
5 × 500 fs @9′ (broken into 200 @2’30” + 100 @1’15” + 50 kick/50 pull/50 back/50 fs)
4 × 50 @1′ (25 fly/25 fs)
2 × 500 fs (1st pull + paddles, 2nd paddles)
400 side kick (fins, 50 dolphin/50 fs kick)

Notes: it took forever this morning to loosen up a bit, up to the first of the 500s. I did an average of 2’24” on the 200s, but I couldn’t change pace and swim the 100s faster. Anyway, considering how the day started, let’s take home this session too without being too much worried about it.
