Swimming pool, 6 km (1h45′)

1500 fs (every 3rd 100 drills)
8 × 300 fs @6′ (100 hard and timed + 200 easy)
4 × 200 @4′ (50 kick/150 pull)
3 × 400 fs (1st pull + paddles, 2nd paddles, 3rd finger paddles)
100 easy

Notes: today’s session with my informal squad was more on the quality side that on the quantiy one. I felt a bit stiff during the warm up today but then I loosen up a bit. I swam the 100s hard in 1’05″~1’07”, but there was plenty of rest.
