Swimming pool, 3.4 km (1h)

3 × 500 fs (1st 25m of each 100 drills)
5 × 100 fs @1’40” (threshold +6″/+4″/+2″/tt/-2″)
4 × 200 (one harm drills, 1st fins, 2nd paddles, 3rd back, 4th fs)
5 × 100 fs @1’40” (threshold +4″/+2″/tt/-2″/-4″)
100 easy

Notes: I decided to keep this workout short, just to have the hearth pumping a bit. I had some positive feelings and did some good times this week, I am confident for tomorrow 15 hundred race.
