Swimming pool, 5 km (1h 15′)

1000 fs
3 × 500 fs @7’30” (1st swim, 2nd pull, 3rd paddle),
2 × 400 fs @5’40″/6’20” 
2 × 350 fs @5’/5’30”
2 × 300 fs @4’15″/4’45”
2 × 200 fs @2’50”

Notes: this session with the informal group was really “nice and easy”. I didn’t forced too much and I felt good, coming in sometimes faster than I though I was swimming. Tomorrow quick and short session, then carb up for Saturday race!
