Notes: recently I have been taking Sunday as a rest day from the pool, but tomorrow the pool is closed so I decided to have a quick swim, quality over quantity. Just 4.5k, but with two sets of 15 × 100. I felt really good, and I did my fastest 15 hundred broken in training. So yes, it was good quality.
