Swimming pool, 4 km (1h 10′)

2 × 1000 fs (100 swim/50 kick/50 pull);
8 × 100 fs @1’30” (in 1’12”) + 200 easy;
8 × 50 fs @50″ (in 33″) + 200 easy;
4 × 50 fs @1′ (fast, in 31″)
200 fs easy (pull)


Notes: today I really felt like crap, maybe it’s due to yesterday circuit training, maybe it was just a wrong day. It was supposed to be a session for holding the pace, but I couldn’t hold the pace that I wanted.
