Swimming pool, 4.2 km (1h 15′)

5 × 300 fs (100 swim/50 kick/50 pull/100 drills);
5 × 200 @3’30” (50 fly fast/50 back/50 fs fast/50 fs);
8 × 50 fs @1′ (50 build up/50 easy);
24 × 50 fs (1st @59″, then drop 1′ each 50 until the last @36″)
100 easy

Notes: today was fun, I did a drill called “minute man” for the first time. It consists in 24 × 50 fs, starting with the first leaving on 59″ and then dropping one second each 50. It is a good progression exercise and a good speed exercise too.
