500 fs
400 fs (paddles)
300 (50 fs/50 back)
200 fs (25 fast/25 easy)
100 (1st 50  build up);
3 × 500 fs @7′ (band, in 6’36″/6’38″/6’38”) + 100 easy;
100/150/300/400/300/150/100 fs @1’20” cycle + 100 easy;
300 kick (fins) + 300 dolphin kick (fins)
100 easy

Notes: I focused today’s workout on the preparation for the 1500. The set with the band was a bit slower than last week and last Tuesday, but the set on 1’20” cycle was not too bad, and I did the 400 in 4’54”.
