Swimming pool, 5km (1h 15′)

1000 fs;
2 × 100 fs @1’25″/1’35” (band) +
2 × 200 fs @2’50″/3’10” (band) +
2 × 300 fs @4’15″/4’45” (band, in 3’58”) +
2 × 400 fs @5’40″/6’20” (band, in 5’16”) +
10 × 200 fs @3′ (broken into 150 @2’05” + 50 easy)


Notes: Thursday session with the informal group is always like just one long set done consecutively. Today the water was cooler then usual and I preferred it, it was not too difficult to swim the first part with the band. I felt pretty good actually.
