1000 fs;
10 × 50 fs @50″ (paddles)
10 × 50 fs @50″
10 × 50 fs @45″ (paddles)
10 × 50 fs @45″ 
10 × 50 fs @40″ (paddles);
200 easy
400 (25 fly/25 fs)

Notes: this was a really light session. I just felt a bit of pain in the elbows due to the paddles, but overall it was ok. Luckly it has been am easy day, because I was stiff from yesterday evening circuit training session.
