Swimming pool, 5 km (1h 15′)

500 fs
400 fs (paddles)
300 (25 fly/75 fs);
2 × 1000 fs @13’45” (band, in 13’09″/13’12”) +
100 easy;
10 × 150 fs @2′ (in 1’48″~1’50”) +
200 easy

Notes: I pushed this workout a step further than the one I did last week Tuesday by doing 2 × 1000 with the band. The time of the first one was slightly faster than last week. I did almost all the 150s on the same pace, and it was not excessively hard.
