Swimming pool, 7 km (2h)

500 fs +
500 fs (pull) +
500 fs (pull+ paddles);
5 × 300 (1st, 3rd, 5th band; 2nd, 4th fly broken into 100 @2’/2 × 50 @1’/4 × 25 @30″);
4 × 100 kick @2’30” + 100 easy;
2 × (400 fs fast + 100 easy) (fast in 4’52″/4’41”);
500 fs (pull + paddles);
3 × 600 (fins, 1st every 2 laps fly, 2nd every 3 laps fly, 3rd every 4 laps fly, 20″ rest)
200 easy

Notes: on Saturdays I can swim longer, so I did 7 km like last week. It looks like this was the week of the 400s, and today I swam it even faster than yesterday. I still had a bit of elbow pain, but I did feel it when swimming faster.
