Swimming pool,  5 km (1h 15′)

1000 fs;
2 × 400 fs @5’30″/6’30” (band, in 5’15″/5’17”) +
6 × 200 fs @2’45″/3’/3’15” (band, in 2’34″~2’36”) +
20 × 100 fs @1’20″/1’25″/1’30″/1’35″/1’40” 

Notes: simple workout today with my informal squad. It was a bit harder than usual at the beginning, but then it went smother. Maybe I just needed to warm up more.
