Swimming pool, 4.1 km (1h 15′)

1000 fs;
5 × 200 fs @3’15” (build up 1st to 5th) +
100;
5 × 200 fs @3’15” (paddles, build up 1st to 5th) +
200 easy;
8 × 100 @2′ (50 fly/50 fs)

Notes: today’s session with my informal squad was not particularly hard, however I couldn’t swim smoothly. I couldn’t really push hard in the last 200 of each set.
