600 fs
400 fs  (paddles)
200 (25 fly/75fs);
1000 fs @14′ (band, in 13’11”) +
2 × 500 @7′ (band, in 6’28″/6’30”) + 30″ rest +
5 × 200 fs @2’40” (in 2’24”) + 100 easy;
12 × 50 @45″ (fins, 2 fly/1 fs);
100 cool down

Notes: I am quite happy with today’s session, I swam the 1000 with band almost 10″ faster than last week, even if last week it was supposed to be “timed”. The following set of 500s was even at a slightly faster pace.
