6 × 400 fs @1’30” (slow/medium/fast × 2)
200 easy

Notes: after a rest day I felt quite good this morning and I tried to do the main set of 400s as best as I could. Times were 5’30″/5’/4’48” and then 5’35″/5’05″/4’46”. Overall I was quite happy.
