Swimming pool, 7 km (2h)

500 fs
5 × 100 fs @1’30”
500 fs (pull, breath every 3-5-6-9-7-5-3 strokes)
5 × 100 @1’25”
500 fs (pull between knees, 50 one arm/50 catch up)
5 × 100 @1’20”
500 kick (fins)
5 × 100 @1’20” (paddles)
500 (kickball between knees, 50 fly/50 fs)
5 × 100 @1’20″/1’25″/1’30″/1’35″/ easy
500 fs (band)
5 × 100 fs @1’20” (fins)
500 fs (pull + paddles)
5 × 100 @1’30” (25 fly/25back/50 fs)

Notes: this workout done with a few members of my informal squad was not hard paced or particularly difficult, but it was a bit challenging sometimes. I tried the kickball, which is a simple buoying ball that you put between your knees, and I find it awesome. It is really hard, especially when you do fly. I must say it’s an amazing toy, simple and brutally effective.
