Training May 5th, 2017

Swimming pool, 3.6 km (1h15′)

3 × 400 (1st fs swim, 2nd im drills, 3rd fs swim),
4 × (10 × 50) im (1st set @1′ kick fins, 2nd set swim @55″, 3rd set swim @50″, 4rd set @ 45″ fins),
4 × 100 fs @2’15” (50 fast/50 moderate)

Notes: it was almost a relaxing workout today. It was good doing medley with my informal squad as I don’t swim other stroke often and I needed also to use other muscles.
