Swimming pool, 5 km (1h 15′)

5 × 400 fs @6’/5’40″/6’/5’40″/6’20”;
5 × 300 fs @4’30″/4’15″/4’30/4’15″/5′ (band);
5 × 200 fs @3’/2’50″/3’/2’50″/3’20”;
5 × 100 fs @1’25″/1’30″/1’25″/1’30″/1’40”

Notes: today was maybe the first time I did all 5k with my informal squad befoere going to work early. It was not a session particularly hard, but all sets were done one straight after the other. I did the 300s with the band to make it a bit more challenging
