Swimming pool, 3.6 km (1h 10′)

3 × 400 fs (swm/paddles/skills);
16 × 25 fs @30″ (easy/build up/explode/hard);
10 × 100 fs @2′ (50 hard/50 easy);
12 × 25 kick @40″ (fast);
12 × 50 @1′ (50 fly fast/50 easy)
100 easy

Notes: this morning was a sprint workout with my informal squad. Luckily it was not too hard, because I was so sore for the lifting workouts of the last two days.
