Swimming pool, 5.1 km (1h15′)

600 fs +
500 fs (paddles) +
200 fs (50 fs/50 back);
1000 fs (band, timed in 13’20”) + 1′ rest,
15 × 100 fs @1’20” (in 1’11″~12″) + 100 easy;
600 fs (fins, every 3rd lap fly) +
600 fs (pull + paddles)

Notes: this is one of my programs. I needed a starting point for training the 15 hundreds, and the time done in the main set of 1000 with band will be useful for some long distance training, while the set of 15×100 has been useful to begin working on pace.
