Swimming pool, 2.9 km (1h05″)

6 × 300 fs @5’30” (1st, 3rd, 5th swim; 2nd paddles, 4th skills, 6th build up);
500 fs skills;
6 × 100 @1’40” (build up 1st to 6th)

Notes: easy easy tapering today. Well, to taper you have to build up volume before, so let’s say it was a light day before tomorrow’s State Champs. Tomorrow is 200 fly day.
