Swimming pool, 4.9 km (1h 15′)

4 × 500 (fs swim/fs band/fs paddles/fly broken into 5 × 100 @1’40”);

4 × 400 (fs swim @5’30” /fs band @5’45” /fs paddles @5’20” /fly broken into 4 × 100 @1’40”);

4 × 300 (fs swim @4’15” /fs band @4’30” /fs paddles @4’15” /fly broken into 3 × 100 @1’40”)

100 easy



Notes: today was my last workout done with a bit of intensity before Saturday race. The pace was not too high, but I swam steadily as all the set were done almost back to back.
