Swimming pool, (1h) 4 km

500 fs +
400 fs (paddles) +
300 fs (50 build up/50 slow);
4 × 400 fs @5’30” (band) +
200 easy (pull);
10 × 50 @50″ (paddles, 1 fly/1 fs);
400 dolphin kick (50 on one side/50 on the back) + 100 easy

Notes: I decided to keep today short and easy, so I did 4k with a band set and some fly with paddles. The set of 400s with band was 5’20″~24″,  not too bad.
