Swimming pool, 7 km (1h 20′)

(warm up) 600 fs
                     400 fs (paddles)
                     200 (50 fs/50 back);
15 × 100 fs @1’20” + 200 fs (pull);
8 × 100 fly @1’40” + 100 easy;
6 × 100 fly @1’35” (fins) + 100 easy;
8 × 50 @45″ (2 fly/1 fs) + 100 easy;
2 + (400 fs @5’30” paddles and pull + 2×200 fs @2’45”) +
400 fs (fins)

Notes: I prepared this program today. It was focused on fly, a total of 1.7k. I hope this helps me to arrive at the end of the 200 fly next week. The set on 1’40” was not too hard, just fair; the set on 1’35” with fins was much easier.
