(warm up) 300 fs
                     4 × 150 @2’15” (1 fs/1 im without breast stroke);
                     5 × 100 fs @1’20” (pull + paddles);
2 ×   [2 × 250 fs @3’30” (in 3’05”) + 100 kick @2′ +
         2 × 150 fs @2′ + 100 kick @2′ + 100 easy];
3 × 200 @3′ (fs/im/pull) +
3 × 100 @1’30” (fs/im/pull) +
6 × 50 @50″ (drills/ 25 fast 25 easy);
400 fs (band) +
400 fs (fins) +
400 fs

Notes: I was a bit stiff today, maybe due to the sandbag circuit training yesterday. This workout was prepared by a really experienced guy, it happens that sometime I swim a session with him, and his program are always well balanced and fun.
