800 fs
400 fs (paddles)
3 x 100 (50 fs/50 back);
5 x 300 fs @4′ (band) +
5 x 100 fs @1’20” +
300 fs (pull);
7 x 100 fly @1’40” +
200 fs (pull)
3 x 200 fly @3’30’ (broken in 4 x 50 @45″);
16 x 25 @30″ (1 fly/1 fs, paddles);
300 (50 kick/50 pull)

Notes: I did this workout alone today. For the first time I worked with the band on a 1’20” cycle, I am glad I did it, altough it was not in my program at the beginning. I also worked well on my fly, the set of 100s was not too heavy, I can drop some rest time the next session.
