Swimming pool, 5.1 km (1h 20′)

1000 fs;
6 × 250 @3’30″/4′ (100 fly/150 fs easy);
4 × 250 fs @3’45” (200 fast @2’45″/50 easy);
10 × 100 fs @1’25″/1’35” (fast/slow);
10 × 50 fly @45″ + 100 easy

Notes: this morning was a good session with the informal squad. I just threw in some fly into the original program. The 200s fast were in 2’24”, and the 100s fast in 1’07″~1’09”. I felt good swimming fs, a bit less when doing fly.
