5 × 100 fs @ 1’40”;
5 × 100 fs @ 1’40” (paddles);
5 × 100 fs @1’30” (band);
5 × 100 fs @1’30” (band + paddles);
5 × 100 fs @1’25 (band);
5 × 100 fs @1’25” (band + paddles);
5 × 100 @1’40” (50 fly/50 fs);
5 × 100 fs @1’30” (in 1’16″/1’15″/1’12″/1’11″/1’08”);
200 easy

Notes: it was a busy session this morning with the informal squsd, as there was only one lane available. The program was not too hard, and I decided to make it a bit more interesting by doing 2k with the band.
