Swimming pool, 4.5 km (1h 15′)

400 fs;
4 × 100 (50 fs/50 back, 10″ rest);
2 × 200 fs (paddles);
8 × 50 @50″ (50 kick doplhin/50 fly drills);
600 fs (paddles, in 7’20”, 30″ rest) +
2 × 300 fs @4’15” (in 3’40”) +
4 × 150 fs @2’10” (easy/fast/easy);
6 × 100 fs @1’25” (pull) +
8 × 50 fs @45″ (50 easy/50 fast) + 100 easy

Notes: this morning I swam with another group. Their training is a bit less quantity and a bit more quality. It was not hard and I enjoyed it, the atmosphere was quite motivating.
