Swimming pool, 7 km (01:55)

(warm up) 1000 fs;
10 × 200 fs @2’50” (band) + 100 easy;
200 fly @4′ (in 2’38”) +
3 × 200 fly @3’30” (broken, 100 @1’30” + 2×50 @45″) +
3 × 200 fly @3’30” (broken, 4 × 50 @45″) +
3 × 200 @3’15” (fins, 50 fly/50 free);
600 fs (pull + band);
500 fs (pull + band);
400 fs (fins);
300 kick (fins) +100 easy

Notes: just a few people showed up this morning at the pool. I though of doing about 5 km, and the band and fly sets is an idea of mine. It was not easy, but it was not supposed to be easy either. I am happy I did 200 fly in 2’38”, at least now I know I can get through until the end. The my buddy suggested to go as far as 7k, and I couldn’t say no.
