Training April 7th, 2017

Swimming pool, 4 km (1h 15′)

3 × 500 (1st swim, 2nd 50 fs/50 back, 3rd swim);
5 × 200 fs @3’30” (fins, 1st swim, 2nd to 5th kick progression);
3 × (400 fs +100 easy) @8′ (400 progressively fast)

Notes: today’s workout with the informal squad was quite light. I did the 400s of the last set progressively in 5’20″/5’05″/4’53”. It was nice also to do some kick work with the fins, since recently I am lacking attention to legs.
