Swimming pool, 4.8 km (1h 15′)

(warm up) 1000 fs;
3 × 400 fs @5’40” (band, in 5’25”) + 30″ rest;
6 × 200 fs @2’40” (in 2’28”) + 100 easy;
2 × ( 2 × 100 fly @1’30” + 50 easy);
2 × (100 fly @1’25” + 2×50 fly @45″ + 50 easy);
4 × 50 fly @45″ + 100 easy

Notes: today it was another butterfly session to prepare for the 200 fly. I programmed a last set of 50s but I hadn’t enough time to do it. Times in butterfly were around 1’15″~16″ for the first 100 of each set, and 1’18” for the second. 50s fly around 37″.
