Swimming pool, 4.8 km (1h 15′)

(warm up) 1000 fs;
4 × 600 fs @8’20” (band, in 7’55″~8′);
100 easy;
3 × (200 fly @1’30” + 2×50 fly @45″ + 100 easy);
4  × 50 fly @40″;
200 easy


Notes: I drafted this workout with attention to the fly sets. I had in mind one more set of 50s fly at the end, but I ran out of time, so I did the last set on 40″ cycle. I am feeling that fly is coming smoother.
