Swimming pool, 4.2 km (1h 15′)

(warm up) 15 × 100 fs (5 @1’40″/5 @1’40” 25 back 75 fs/5 @1’30”);
8 × 100 fs @2’10” (50 kick/50 pull);
5 × 300 fs @5′ (fast, in 3’42”);
2 × 150 @2’30” (fins, 50 fly/50 back/50 fs) + 100 easy

Notes: this was a quick and easy workout with my informal squad. I felt ok, especially in the set of 300s. Yesterday a participated in a masters short course meet: 100 fs in 56″4 and 50 fs in 26″9. The 100 is not bad considering that I am not a sprinter.
