Swimming pool, 4.6 km (1h 20′)

600 (every 5th lap back)
600 (every 4th lap fly)
600 (every 3rd lap fly)
600 (every 2nd lap fly)
600 fs (paddles)
600 fs (pull)
12 × 25 fly @30″ + 100 easy;
2 × (100 fly @1’30” + 2 × 50 fly @45″) + 100 easy

Notes: easy Saturday workout, I just played around with the original program of my informal squad to add some more fly. 200 fly broken at the end where challenging, but I did the 100 in 1’15”. Tomorrow short course meet, 100 fs.
