Swimming pool, 4.3 k  (1h 15′)

(warm up) 800 fs;
8 × 100 fs @1’30” (negative split);
8 × 50 @50″ (stretch catch);
200 im (skills);
7 × (200 @2’50” + 100 @2’10”) fs (200 broken in 50 hard/150 pace, 100 slow)

Notes: today I felt stiff and I felt like I couldn’t go fast, but I did the 200s i  2’22″~2’24” which is not that bad.
