Swimming pool, 5 km (1h 15′)

(warm up) 1000 fs;
800 fs @11’10” (band) +
2 × 400 @5’40” (band) +
12 × 100 @1’20” + 100 easy;
5 × (4 × 50) (3 fly @45″/ 1 fs @1′) + 100 easy

Notes: I prepared this workout and I swam with two great buddies today. I am going to introduce more fly to be ready for a 200 fly next month. The training for ling distance swims maybe will help too.
