Swimming pool, 4.4 km (1h 15′)

(warm up) 700 fs;
14 × 50 fs (4 @45″/6 @50″/4 @45″);
7 × 100 fs @1’40” (progressively add 12.5m fast each 100);
700 fs (ech 3rd lap fast);
700 fs (1 lap easy/1 lap fast);
700 fd (paddles) + 200 easy

Notes: today morning temperature was 9 degrees, and it felt cool swimming outside. The workout was not intense, but I like doing “fast” drills in this part of the season.
