Swimming pool, 3.7 km (1h 10′)

(warm up) 900 fs;
200 im (skills);
6 × 50 @1’15” (kick);
5 × 200 fs @3’30” (build up);
5 × 200 fs @4′ (broke in 100 + 2×50, 10″ rest, fast) + 100 easy;
4 × 37.5 fly @50″ (fast) + 50 easy

Notes: I couldn’t finish this workout due to lack of time, but it’s ok, I felt a bit of fatigue in the last two days. Maybe it’s also because today I finished the 10,000 kettlebell (28kg) swing program (in 4 weeks).
