Swimming pool, 5 km (1h 15′)

3 × 500 fs @7’05″/7’30″/7’55” +
3 × 400 fs @5’40″/6’/6’20” (band) +
3 × 300 fs @4’15″/4’30″/4’45” (band) +
3 × 200 fs @2’50″/3’/3’10” (band) +
3 × 100 fs @1’25″/1’30″/1’35”;
500 easy cool down

Notes: I decided to put on the band today too to make the session more interesting. Recovery time was more than when I train alone, but I did the 400s in 5’15” and the 200s in 2’32”, which I think it is my best pace with the band on.
