Swimming pool, 4 km (1h 15′)
8 × 200 fs @4′ (100 swim/50 kick/50 pull; 3rd back, 6th fly);
6 × 50 fs @45″ +
3 × 100 fs @1’30” +
2 × 150 fs @2’15” + 100 easy;
6 × 50 fs @45″ (band) +
3 × 100 fs @1’30” (band) +
2 × 150 fs @2’15” (band) + 100 easy;
6 × 50 fs @45″ (band, fast) + 100 easy

Notes: maybe it’s because today’s workout was not intense, but I found difficult to increase the peace. To make it a bit harder I used the band toward the end. However it ma be that it was just a “no-day” because my evening weight session too sucked a bit.
