Swimming pool workout, 4.6 km (1h 10′)

(warm up) 1000 fs;
3 × 500 fs @7′ (band, in 6’45″~48″);
3 × 300 fs @4’10” (band, in 3’58″~4′);
11 × 100 fs @1’20” (in 1’11”);
100 easy

Notes: this program was an idea of mine, but the original version was 5 km with 15 × 100 as last set. Due to time restrictions I had to cut 4 × 100s, but I am still happy that I hold a nice pace all the session.
