Swimming pool, 4 km (1h 15′)

(warm up) 900 fs;
800 fs (paddles);
7 × 100 fs @2′ fast (in 1’05”);
6 × 100 fs @1’30” fast (1’06”);
20 × 25 fly @30″;
8 × 50 fs @1′ (25 sprint/25 easy);
100 easy

Notes: I couldn’t finish the workout because I had to go to work, but at least I did 4k. I think that the 100s fast all in 1’05” is a good proof of progress, since I never did 1’05” for so many times straight. Of course, there was plenty of recovery time.
