Swimming pool, 4.2 km (1h 15′)

(warm up) 1000 fs,
2 × (100 + 200 + 300 + 400) @1’30” cycle (negative split, 1st set swim, 2nd set paddle);
200 easy;
20 × 25 fly @30″;
10 × 50 fs (1st to 4th @45″, 5th to 10th @50″)

Notes: nice workout today with the informal squad. I was a bit struggling with the set in negative split, but I did 2’25″~2’30” on the 200s and 5′ (4’50” with paddles) on the 400s.
