Swimming pool, 5.1km (1h 15′)

(warm up) 1000 fs;
4 × 400 fs @5’40″/6’20” (band, in 5’20″~5’25”) +
4 × 300 fs @4’15″/4’45” (band, in 4’/4’05”) +
4 × 200 fs @2’50″/3’10” (in 2’25″~2’28”) +
4 × 100 fs @1’20” + 100 easy

Notes: today too I wanted to train with the rubber band, and my informal squad had a workout perfect for this. I swam with the band a total of 2.8k, which is the furthest I have swam with the band to date. I am planning to increase the distance I swim with the band week after week.
